In Teen Titans #90, J.T. Krul and Nicola Scott continue their run, and Conner(Superboy)Kent gets a moment with Garfield Logan, Beast Boy, where he addresses his concerns about dividing his time between the Titans and Smallville, where his current series takes place.
This is Conner's first time as a Titan where he has had a concurrent ongoing series, so it's a point worth bringing up, and better,IMO, than the constant focus on how Cassie(Wonder Girl)Sandsmark's leadership position is driving a wedge between the couple. It's fairly obvious that Jeff Lemire wants Conner free to explore a relationship with Lori Luthor, or anyone else he has in mind, but it's difficult to pull off without making Conner or Cassie the bad guy, or having the break-up make no sense. Thus far, it's leaning toward not making sense.
Anyway, the kid the team faced last issue surfaces, and seems his whole school is under attack, with a couple of other students having been given super powers for nefarious purposes, and the Titans split up:
Conner does fine, but the rest of the issue focuses once again on the insertion of Damian(Robin)Wayne into the team. Thankfully, Conner's life is indeed more interesting in Smallville in his own series.

After a brief warming period the ATL is back to some cold temperatures, so what better time for MensUnderwearStore to offer up some swimwear by Pistol Pete modeled by the handsome Nic Balducci?
In Superboy #3 creative team Jeff Lemire and Pier Gallo take Conner(Superboy)Kent through a typical day (well, for a superhero) as Conner wakes early to Krypto barking about something. A superdog's warning barks shouldn't be ignored, but waking badly isn't always conducive to rational thought, so as Conner is joined in the kitchen by Martha Kent (who has a headache and couldn't sleep anyway), he asks her advice about helping the Smallville farmers following the events of the last couple of issues. It's a nice scene, and establishes both Kents as being firmly enmeshed in their hometown, as well as pointing out the consequences of superhero battles. One suggestion has Conner summon Bart(Kid Flash)Allen in the above scene as Conner's walking to school in order to propose the first Superboy/Kid Flash race in order to raise money for the farmers.Agreeing to participate, Bart leaves due to a headache and Conner arrives at school, where he runs into Simon Valentine, who is entirely too public about Conner's secret identity, leading to Conner having to 'break up' with him:
Conner is pretty explicit that is Simon is going to be publicly aiding Superboy, then he and Simon can't be seen as being close friends when he's Conner Kent. Simon takes it hard.
In class there's awkward glances between Conner and Lori Luthor, followed by an attempt by Conner to call his soon-to-be-ex-girlfriend Cassie(Wonder Girl)Sandsmark, and then an attack on the school as all around are hit psychically (thus explaining the headaches), and Lori makes a discovery:
Lori is now in Simon territory, but instead of announcing her knowledge to Superboy, follows in the footsteps of Silver Age Pete Ross and TV's Chloe Sullivan and their coping with the knowledge that Clark Kent was Superboy/Man.
Lori is also unaffected by the psychic attack, something she notices while Coner doesn't. A special effect brings the arrival of a kid in superhero costume, and the cessation of the psychic attack:
Turns out the kid is from the future, calls himself Psionic Lad, and was looking specifically for Superboy. He doesn't get to 'why' before soldiers chasing him show up, and things wind up not looking too good for Conner:
To be continued, indeed.
