"Sons of Anarchy" star Charlie Hunnam covers Mens Fitness November issue, and shares his regimen on the inside pages. You can catch Charlie on Tuesday evenings at 10 p.m. on FX playing Jax Teller on the series. It's got some excellent writing and acting, and Charlie is joined on the show by, among others, Ron Perlman, and Katey Sagal, who is continually surprising as Jax's mother, Gemma.
AE Scene, the American Eagle Outfitters Blog, posted these behind the scenes pics of Kerry Degman and Regina Feoktistova for their Holiday photoshoot! Kerry is in banner ads at American Eagle, so we can assume there's more to come!

Laura Vandervoort, who played Clark Kent's Kryptonian cousin Kara in Season 7 of Smallville, returns tonight for an episode entitled 'Supergirl' on the CW at 8 p.m.!
In the comics Clark doesn't meet Kara until he is fully established as Superman, and she generally copies his costume design and name, usually far apart enough in age to be considered his potential successor (until recently Superboy was Superman himself as a teen and not a separate character), but Smallville early on distinguished its 'universe' as separate from that of the comics' Superman/DC universe, and Kara arrived before Clark had donned a costume or even left Smallville. Vandervoort did a great job with what she was given, and played Kara as headstrong, but generally predisposed to doing the right thing. It doesn't hurt, either, that she looks remarkably like the Supergirl of the comics. Kara displayed the one super power that Clark has yet to employ, that of flight, largely due to the show's initial no tights/no flights policy, which seems to only apply to Tom Welling as Clark, as numerous DCU characters have shown up in costume, and there have been several flying types. Kara was trapped in the Phantom Zone at the end of season 7, and Ms. Vandervoort returned for one episode in season 8 in order to free Kara. At the end of the episode, Kara, never quite comfortable on the Kent Farm, took off into space to search for the Kandorans, rumored survivors of Krypton's demise. Laura Vandervoort did much the same, being cast in ABC's series 'V' as Lisa, the daughter of the alien leader in that series.
With the tenth season being the final one for Smallville, hopefully Kara will be able to teach Clark to fly, and will have a decent send-off.
